At The Kingdom Fashion, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it.

The Kingdom Fashion does not provide refunds for any purchase, only store credit. Merchandise must be sent back within 3 business days and must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or worn. Clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a good condition with no smell.

Non-returnable/exchange and non-refundable merchandise includes FORMAL GOWNS, PROM DRESSES, CUSTOM ORDERS and FINAL SALE ITEMS. If your event get cancelled for any reason, sorry we cannot cancel or refund you for any custom. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The Kingdom Fashion

 All returns and exchanges will be processed as store credits (not including shipping fee), and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure, and you can purchase your exchange dress. We only allow one exchange per purchase.

Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.
